About Chris
​Smoked Truffle was born during lockdown from my passion to bring good food to people's homes. This has given me the opportunity to create a unique dining experience and develop my own culinary approach to creative dishes, construct my own menus, evolve my ideas and work with my clients to design something truly bespoke.

With over 20 years experience in professional kitchens from 2 & 3 Michelin star restaurants including the previous winner of the world’s 50 best restaurants The Fat duck, as well as multi-rosetted 4 & 5 star hotels, directors dining in a financial headquarters and multi award wining gastropub.
